Microfiltration flow analysis. The performance of a microfiltration membrane system treating a secondary effluent is studied in term of clogging. Different operating conditions are used and especially different imposed flux ranging from 30 L/m2.h to 90 L/m2.h. The total cost based on capital and energy utilization is determined as a function of backwash flows and permeate flux.
