On request of the resource management Directorate of the Macedonian Ministry, the International Office for Water established a two days study visit program targeted at 6 high level representatives, gathering the major stakeholders of multi use assets for water management in Provence.
It covered historical, institutional and legal aspects, visits to water users association, technical advise to farmers, products distribution.
Descriptif des services rendus par l'OIEau:
- Development of a pre-program submitted to the WB approval;
- Development of the final program, defining the terms of reference of each speaker/visit, setting overall coherence and development of topics of interest;
- Preparation of the participant's file: delivery of an individual case including documentation related to institutions and scheduled visits, contacts with stakeholders and digital support of the presentations of the week;
- Logistic, organization and time frame of the program visits, travel, housing, food.
