Risques naturels : inondation, du constat à la décision

This special release is about facts of the studying day "Flows, from realising to deciding", which happened on the 24th October at the National Assembly in Paris. It contains communications texts as well as a synthesis of the three meetings. The studying day "Flows, from realising to deciding" was organised by the association of engineers of waters and forests (AIGREF), Cemagref and the National School of waters and forests (ENGREF). This studying day as well as this special release obtained a financial help from Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, Ministry of the Environment and the delegation of Territory Organisation and the locale action. / Ce numéro spécial constitue les actes de la journée d'étude "Inondations, du constat à la décision" qui s'est déroulée le 24 octobre à l'Assemblée nationale à Paris. Il comprend les textes des communications ainsi que les synthèses des trois tables rondes. La journée d'étude "Inondation, du constat à la décision" a été organisée conjointement par : l'association des ingénieurs du génie rural, des eaux et des forêts (AIGREF) ; le Cemagref et l'école nationale du génie rural, des eaux et des forêts (ENGREF). Cette journée d'étude ainsi que l'édition du présent numéro spécial ont bénéficié du soutien financier du ministère de l'Agriculture, de la pêche et de l'alimentation, du ministère de l'Environnement et de la délégation à l'Aménagement du territoire et de l'action régionale.
