Infrared and near infrared technology for the food industry and agricultural uses: on line applications

MIR and NIR spectroscopies are well known analysis tools for the food and agricultural industry, but they have different properties. Thé goal of this article is to describe a general guide for the choice of a technology which is adapted to the problem. / La spectroscopie MIR et NIR sont des outils d'analyse bien connus pour l'industrie agro-alimentaire mais elles ont des propriétés différentes. Le but de cet article est de présenter un guide général pour le choix d'une technologie adaptée au problème.
