Aplicarea conceptului de modelare debit - durata - frecventa la estimarea locala si regionala a scurgerii maxime in bazinele hidrografice timis - bega

The study consists of the estimation of the regional parameters for the flow - duration - frequency (QdF) model, in the Timis and Bega catchments, beginning with the registered data (floods and daily mean discharges), at 28 gauging stations. The extrapolation of the discharges, for rare return periods, was made by the GRADEX method, using the daily precipitation series, registered at 23 rain-gauge stations from the analysed basins. The acquirement of the regional model supposed the calculation, by an optimisation process, of the local QdF models parameters, corresponding to each analysed section. The calibration of the regional model was made using the data from the 20 hydrometric stations and its validation was made for the rest of 8 sub-basins. For the use of the regional model, in the ungauged sites, there were established relations of synthesis between the two local descriptors of the QdF models (the 10-year peak flood, QIXA10 and the flood characteristic duration, D) and the physiographic characteristics of the sub-basins. / Un modèle régional débit-durée-fréquence QdF a été calé et validé sur le Timis-Béga à partir des débits observés (débits quotidiens et débits de pointe maximaux mensuels) de 28 sous bassins. L`extrapolation de ce modèle régional aux grandes périodes de retour est effectuée selon le modèle du GRADEX. Pour cela une fonction régionale du gradex des pluies maximales a été calée à partir de 23 postes pluviométriques. La démarche a nécessité le calage d`un modèle QdF local en chacun des 28 sites disponibles. Pour le calage et la validation du modèle QdF régional ont été respectivement retenus 20 sous bassins et 8 sous bassin. Pour l`utilisation du modèle QdF régional en tout site du Timis-Béga des relations entre les descripteurs de régime (QIXA10 et D) et certaines caractéristiques physiographiques des sous bassins ont été établies.
