Aération naturelle des serres-tunnels en zone méditerranéenne

The use of plastics greenhouses is developing rapidly in the south of France. The local climate gives rise to a number of problems and particularly that of heating up during the summer. Good ventilation helps in the air circulation which is essential for the plants and reduces the wide temperature variations thereby increasing the length of time in the use of the greenhouse. Experimental work carried out on tunnel greenhouses and low tunnels enables an evaluation to be made on the elements of choice taking into account the height of the crop and the climatic conditions. / Les serres plastiques sont en plein essor dans le sud de la France. Les caractéristiques du climat local entraînent un certain nombre de problèmes, en particulier l'échauffement en été. Une bonne aération contribuera à améliorer le renouvellement d'air indispensable aux plantes, à diminuer les écarts de température et à augmenter le durée d'utilisation de la serre. Les expérimentations réalisées sur serres-tunnels et sur petits tunnels permettent de comparer, de simuler et de donner des éléments de choix tenant compte de la hauteur de la culture et des conditions climatiques.
