REMOVAL OF ORGANOPHOSPHORUS INSECTICIDES FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY ADSORPTION ON MICROPOROUS PILLARED CLAYS AND MESOPOROUS ALUMINIA ALUMINIUM PHOSPHATES
Micropollutant adsorption. Four organophosphorous insecticides were removed from water by a transfer onto clay (montmorillonite) and alumina aluminum phosphate. The elimination efficiencies of monocomponent solution ranged between 87 to 96 %. The influence of porous structure and chemical characteristics of sorbents (surface acidity) was studied.
