REMOVAL OF "GIARDIA" AND "CRYPTOSPORIDIUM" IN DRINKING WATER TREATMENT : A PILOT-SCALE STUDY
Comparison between 3 methods in pilot-scale plants show that coagulation, sedimentation and filtration remove the most percentage of both protozoan parasites. Correlation between turbidity and cryptosporidium oocysts.
