IMPLEMENTATION OF THE URBAN WASTE WATER TREATMENT (UWWT) AND NITRATES DIRECTIVES. APPROACHES IN OTHER MEMBER STATES

Implementation of the Urban Waste Water Directive and Nitrates directives in Europe. This report compares the approaches of three selected countries, Belgium, France and Portugal in comparison with country such as Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Information on the approaches being taken in another member states is provided, where it was readily available to present a more complete picture of the implementation throughout the European Union (EU).
