EFFECTS OF THE SPATIAL ORGANIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT ON THE HYDROLOGICAL BEHAVIOUR OF A FARMED CATCHMENT DURING FLOOD EVENTS
Role of human impact especially the existence of tillage practices and ditch network on flood events. Test of the model MHYDAS in a farm catchment (0,91 km)where the spatially distributed hydrological model has been applied. The model considers the catchment as a series of interconnected field parts linked to the ditch network. COmputations are made on the Hortonian approach and with the Darian model and the flood routing throufh the ditch network using the diffusive wave model. Two sets are used, the first set is the tillage partices, the second studies the role of the ditch network. Comparison of the two. Analysis of the behaviour of the catchment.
