DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A REAL-TIME CONTROL STRATEGY FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF VIENNA
The paper describes the design and the first phases of the realization of a real-time control for the Vienna sewer system .The general objective of the project is the optimization of the load by matching the temporally and spatially different rainfall-run- off processes of the five main collector catchments areas. The concrete steps of the planning stages are explained. The simulated results for the phase of implementation are developed and discussed.
